Job Title: Administrative and Marketing Intern

Job Overview:

We are a dynamic tech company specializing in IT networking services, cybersecurity solutions, online education for the youth, and IT product sales. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative and Marketing Intern to assist with essential administrative duties, support accounting tasks, and help grow our business by presenting our services and products to clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in business operations, marketing, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Assist with daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and office organization.
    • Maintain accurate records of company documents and help improve filing systems.
  2. Accounting Document Management:
    • Organize physical accounting documents to ensure they are properly labeled and stored.
    • Digitize accounting documents by scanning and filing them electronically for easy access and retrieval.
  3. Tax Filing Assistance:
    • Assist in gathering and preparing necessary documentation for tax filing.
    • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate filing of company taxes.
  4. Client Outreach:
    • Approach potential clients to present the company's services and products, including IT networking, cybersecurity, STEAM education, and IT products.
    • Engage with clients through calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings to generate leads and build relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of accounting processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and digital filing systems.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
